Collective Imagination
Learn more about the artworks you’ve seen around town featured in Event Horizon and Benches & Binoculars—two major exhibitions presenting new additions and old favorites from the Walker’s collection. Drawing inspiration from the salon-style hanging of Benches & Binoculars, the Collective Imagination campaign relies on the viewer to create meaningful relationships from seemingly random juxtapositions, interspersing artworks with scientific diagrams, historical photos, film stills, performance photos, and interesting facts to place art in the larger context that produces it.
