You must register to use this version of ArtsConnectEd before you can import your Art Collector Sets from the previous version of ArtsConnectEd.  You do not need to register using the same username and password you used in the previous version of ArtsConnectEd, but you may if you want to.

Note: To register to use this version of ArtsConnectEd, please see Registration Help.

Copy One of Your Art Collector Sets

You do not need to create an Art Collector Set from scratch each time.  You can copy an Art Collector Set you have already created, and then edit the copied Set to make a new Art Collector Set.

When you copy one of your Art Collector Sets, ArtsConnectEd creates an identical copy of the Set, but gives the copied Set a different name from the original Set.  The copied Set contains the same slides as the original Set, but you can alter or delete these slides without affecting the slides in the original Set.

To copy one of your Art Collector Sets:

  1. If you are not logged into ArtsConnectEd, login now:
    • Click the SIGN IN button in the top left-hand corner of the Web page.
    • Enter the Username and Password you created when you registered.
    • Click the SIGN IN button again.
  2. Click the ART COLLECTOR button at the top of the screen.
  3. Once you find the Set you want to copy, click the Set’s title or image.  The Set’s detail page opens (see Figure 1).
  4. Locate the SET ACTIONS box in the upper right of the Set’s detail page.
Note:  If you have edited the Set, save it before you duplicate it.
  5. Click the Duplicate link in the SET ACTIONS box (boxed in pink in Figure 1).
  6. A confirmation dialogue box opens.  Click the OK button.  ArtsConnectEd copies the selected Set into your Art Collector Sets and opens its detail page (see Figure 2).
  7. (Optional Step) Use the detail page to edit the title and description of the copied Set.
  8. Click the ART COLLECTOR or BACK TO MY SETS button at the top of the screen to view all your Sets, including the one you just copied (see Figure 3).
